Kebbi Gov Urges Prayers For Peace, Unity

As Muslims worldwide commemorate Eid-el-Kabir, Kebbi State governor, Dr Nasir Idris has called on residents to intensify prayers for enduring peace and unity within the state and across Nigeria. 

The governor in a Sallah message stressed the need to seek divine intervention for the advancement of the state and the nation as a whole.

Idris emphasised the importance of fostering a climate of harmony, understanding and cohesion among all members of the society regardless of their background or beliefs. 

He underscored the power of collective prayer and faith in overcoming challenges, nurturing understanding and promoting shared values that unite communities.

He reiterated his commitment to drive socio-economic developmental initiatives that enhance the well-being and prosperity of the people of Kebbi State. 

Idris acknowledged the vital role of prayers, support and cooperation in steering the state towards progress, growth and sustainable development in various sectors.

He also called citizens to come together in the spirit of unity, compassion and solidarity to foster a sense of responsibility in building a better and more inclusive future for Kebbi State.
