Imo Gov Approves Industrial Devt Fund

Imo State Executive Council has approved the creation of  Imo Industrial Development Fund, IDF. 

The fund aims to support the growth of industries in order to tackle unemployment and improve the living standards of the people. 

This was contained in a statement issued yesterday by the Special Adviser to Governor Hope Uzodimma on Public Enlightenment, Eze Ugochukwu.

According to the statement, the state government is committed to promoting industrialisation to drive shared prosperity and address the socio-economic challenges facing the state.

He stated that the planned Imo State Industrial Development Fund is a significant step towards sustainable economic growth.
