Speaking to newsmen on behalf of the commissioner, Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Yusuf Hassan Yusuf, reiterated the government’s commitment to ensure effective implementation of the programme.

Yusuf urged the committee responsible for distribution to work closely with traditional and religious leaders in their respective areas to ensure proper utilisation of the food items.
