Just few days after Ademola Lookman emerged as king of football in the continent of Africa, One of the foremosts football Academy in the country, Geezers Football Academy has honoured hottest super Eagles player as African Role Model Award.
Also, the academy with determination and unwavering commitment to nurturing young talents, empowering communities, and using football as an instrument for development and growth is set to commence national secondary school football league to discover more talent.
While speaking at the conference on Friday in Abuja, the Director Media and Publicity of Geezers Football Academy Adeniyi Adedayo Abdulafee Pelumi Olajengbesi reveals that the organization desire is to ensure generation as well as forster unity and elevate African Footbal to new heights.
According to him, we want to create an opportunity for football players, we are going to secondary school and primary to assist those talent who have no opportunity
He sought the support of all stakeholders who have genue passion to grow these crop of talent in the country to join the train.
The secondary school league that will be unveiled come 3rd week of February 2025.
According to him, today, we come together to reflect on our achievements, celebrate milestones, and share our achievements, celebrate milestones and share our ambitious vision for the future of youth development through football.

He expressed that the reason, Ademola is a Role Model was hinged on the need to make use of his achievements as source of inspiration to the millions. of talented Nigeria.
Speaking also, the Director, Project and Programme Development Development of Geezers Sport Limited, Adedayo Adeniyi said the main goal of the organisation is to create sustainable opportunites for talented young footballers in the country.
“As we look forward to 2025, we are thrilled to unveil several key programs that aim to expand our reach and deepen our impact,” Adeniyi said.
“We intend to launch a ground-breaking league for secondary school students, designed to foster grassroots football development, competitive excellence, and core values such as teamwork, discipline and league.
“The league will commence with a pilot project in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) hopefully in the first quarter of 2025.
Knowing how vast and challenging organising football tournament of such magnitude in Nigeria, Adeniyi reveals that Geezers Sport Limited will go into strategic partnership with relevant stakeholders in Nigeria to make the league a success.
