In a bid to enhance safety and security on Abuja’s roads, Sure Switch Technologies Ltd has launched a revolutionary digital application, Sure Drivers. This innovative platform aims to tackle the growing concern of road transportation-related crimes in the nation’s capital.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Chukwuma Ugbah, yesterday, at a press conference held in Abuja, said Sure Drivers app is a timely solution to the security challenges facing our transportation sector.
He explained that the key features of the Sure Drivers is real-time tracking and monitoring of drivers and vehicles, digital verification of drivers’ identities and credentials, emergency response system for passengers, and In-app panic button for distress situations integrated payment system for secure transactions.
According to him, the the Sure Drivers apps, with its incredible ability to analyze data and predict patterns, has the potential to transform how the society combats road transportation-related crimes.
“Sure Drivers have provide citizens with an easy way to report crimes or suspicious activities, which in the same breath, law enforcement can use AI-powered systems to manage these reports, triage the most critical incidents, and deploy the appropriate resources.

The CEO invites the public to download the Sure Drivers application, available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store while assuring the users of continuous updates and improvements to ensure a secure and efficient transportation experience.
Also, the firm also unveiled an actress and film producer a Rita Daniels as the brand ambassador of the digital driver identification apps.
Chairman, National Union of Road Transport workers Garki (NURTW) in the FCT, Don Juma said, “this application will restore confidence in Abuja’s transportation system and pledge support for the laudable project.
Secretary, FCT National Union of Road Transport workers, Idris Adamu described its introduction as a welcomed development, promised to enroll their members into its database for effective use, to achieve its objectives.
The Brand Ambassador to the project Rita Daniels, a Nolly Wood Actress, while reiterating her commitment to the success of project, emphasised that safety should be prioritised as it is key towards economic and national development.
