In a bid to bequeath a seamless justice delivery system in Ebonyi State, Governor Francis Nwifuru has commissioned an ultra modern Library and Citizen Mediation Centre.

The centre conceived and completed by the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr Ben Odoh, was described as one of its kind in the country.

Governor Nwifuru, who was represented by his Deputy, Princess Patricia Obila, said the ongoing administration is ready to remove all bottlenecks in justice dispensation and ensure that the judiciary remains the last hope of the common man.

Earlier, Dr Odoh said he is committed to relaunching the entire judicial system instead of the obsolete retributive system.
