Nollywood actress Olayinka Solomon has candidly shared her postpartum experiences following the birth of her fourth child on January 9, 2025.

In a recent Instagram post, Solomon revealed that she has been grappling with heightened irritability and memory loss since childbirth. She wrote, “I get angry over little things and memory loss. We can gist now, next minute, I don’t remember.”

Solomon also mentioned experiencing increased hunger, stating, “I don’t get full. I can eat now, and the next minute I’m hungry.” By sharing her struggles, she aims to shed light on the often-overlooked challenges many women face during the postpartum period.

Her openness has sparked conversations among mothers, with many expressing similar experiences and offering support.

This dialogue underscores the importance of addressing postpartum mental health and the need for increased awareness and resources for new mothers.
