Bauchi Gov Appoints 8 Special Advisers, Urges Transparency

In a bid to strengthen governance and ensure effective implementation of his administration’s developmental agenda, Governor Bala Mohammad of Bauchi State has approved the appointment of eight additional special advisers.

According to the governor, the new appointees are expected to bring their wealth of experience, expertise and dedication to complement the efforts of the administration in meeting the aspirations of citizens.

The new appointees include 

Sanusi Khalifa as Special Adviser on Solid Minerals; Haladu Ayuba – Societal Reorientation; Jidauna Tula – Legal Matters; Adamu Bello – Commerce and Industries, and Alhaji Danladi Mohammed Danbaba as Special Adviser on Humanitarian Affairs.

Others are Sani Mohammed Burra as Special Adviser on State/National Assembly Matters; Yakub Ibrahim Hamza – Higher Education, and Shitu Zaki as Special Adviser on Political Matters.

While congratulating the appointees, the governor urged them to exhibit the highest level of dedication, integrity and deep sense of service to the people of Bauch State in the discharge of their responsibilities.
