Atiku’s Wife Urges Women To Vote PDP And Have Better Opportunities

Mrs. Titi Abubakar, wife of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has urged Nigeria women to return to status quo where women are accorded top priority in political responsibilities.

Mrs Abubakar stated this yesterday in Minna while addressing women from various groups of the 25 local government areas of the state at the state PDP secretariat.

Titi arrived Minna in preparation for the campaign rally of her husband, Atiku Abubakar, who is scheduled to flag off his campaign today Saturday.

She told the groups to remain resolute and guide against money politics during the forthcoming general elections to redeem their lost glory of better living against the present circumstance of battered economy which as a result inflicted unnecessary hardships on Nigerians.

Also addressing the women group, the PDP woman leader in the state, Hajiya Sa-adatu Kolo said the bulk work of mobilisation on Atiku/Okowa and Kantigi/Gowmna success at the polls rest on the shoulders of women.

Sa-adatu pointed out that in 2015 Nigerians were deceived and allowed APC to take over power from PDP but regrettably it is now history of bitterness, “Don’t sell your conscience for another years of bitterness and gnashing it teeth”, she urged.
