Assets Forfeiture: Jimoh Accused of Alleged ContemptBusiness mogul, Jimoh Ibrahim

Business mogul, Jimoh Ibrahim has been acussed of allegedly colliding with  a Security Organization to Circumvent a Court Order

Jimoh in a bid to regain his business taken over by Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria is collaborating with a security in a clear contempt of court.

The appeal No.CA/ABJ/CV/269/2022 in the case between the AMCON vs Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim, in which several newspapers reported last week that Ibrahim was neutralized from executing the said contempt proceedings order, which he obtained under questionable circumstances.

Our source revealed  that Jimoh is working with  elements in the security establishment with  documents to retrieve the assets taken over from him.

It was further alleged that Jimoh plan  is to intimidate AMCON into submission and force the agency to compromise  and comply with the initial court judgement he procured questionably.

Jimoh is also alleged to have already  earmarked huge amount of money in foreign currencies to finance the forceful take over bid through the back door.

He is said to resorting to self help to regain the Assets he lost in the court without waiting for the  logical conclusion of the matter.
