While no reason was given at 3pm when the meeting was scheduled to take place at Committee 117 Senate building, the Clerk of the Committee in a dramatic twist announced that the media had been barred from further coverage of the investigative hearing because of the last outcome of the hearing where the Director General of NOSDRA, Idris Musa who was reported to have been humiliated following his inability to comprehend the Financial statement of the Agency.
At the “secret” hearing none of the agency apart from the embattled Director General of NOSDRA, Idris who held a meeting with Senator Hassan in his office.
