38 ships laden with petroleum products, other commodities, to arrive Lagos

Thirty eight ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said on Monday.

NPA explained that the expected ships would arrive from July 25 to Aug. 13.

It said that the expected ships contained buck wheat, bulk sugar, general cargoes, containers, aviation fuel, bulk charcoal, base oil, bulk salt, bulk fertiliser, soya bean, kerosene, steel products, diesel, and petrol.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the document noted that eight ships had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with petrol, bulk gypsum, bulk gas and bulk fertiliser.
