The date for the commencement of the 2024 National Youth Games has been changed.
It was earlier scheduled to hold from September 10 to 20 but has been changed to hold from September 9 to 19.
The main games will commence with the arrival of participants on September 19, followed by the competition running from September 10 -18, athletes and officials will depart on 19th September 2024.
The 8th National Youth Games will take place in Asaba, Delta State, with a packed schedule aimed at showcasing the best of Nigeria’s young athletic talent. The registration period for the event runs from August 23 – 28, 2024.
The zonal elimination phase will follow immediately after, with teams arriving on 28th August. The elimination games will be held from August 29 -31, with teams departing on September 1.
